Syngo Carbon Syngo Carbon IDM (syngo.share) Configuration The Syngo Carbon IDM (or syngo.share) configuration involves setting up and managing various components of the Syngo Carbon IDM system. This includes configuring organization management, user management and access control, catalogs, and keywords. 1.1 How to create a user account? To create a user account: 1. Go to your User profile and click on Settings. 2. Select the Administration portal. 3. Click on the Syngo Carbon IDM Configuration Portal. 4. The Syngo Carbon IDM (syngo.share) configuration page opens. Log in to your administrator account. 5. To navigate to the user management section, go to Configurations and click on User. Here, you can create a new account or manage existing accounts. To create a new user account, click on the Add button at the top right corner. 7. Fill in the required details such as the user’s name, email address, and any other relevant information. 8. Document Grants access to patient-related documents and configuration rights (e.g., sharing, viewing, or annotating documents). Function Enables users to perform specific tasks or workflows, such as post-processing or image viewing. Admin Provides access to system configuration settings, including user and role management. Entity Type Controls access to non-patient data entities, such as templates, protocols, or system metadata. __________________________________________________________________________________ It is also possible to create a user account using the Assistant tool. Go to the Assistants section and select User Assistant. The tool will guide you through each step to create a user account and show an indication with a green check mark once each step is completed. Keywords are used to add metadata to documents, making it easier to organize, search, and filter information. They can be customized by users to suit their specific needs. To create keywords, follow these steps: 1. Open Syngo Carbon IDM (syngo.share) configuration and log in. 2. Go to Configuration and select Keywords. The product configurations in Syngo Carbon IDM involve several key components and settings to ensure optimal performance and functionality. These components include: • Syngo Carbon Space configuration • Enterprise Access configuration or web view • Import configuration • Print configuration • Syngo Carbon IDM/syngo.share configuration Within each of these components, you can define the type of access a user or multiple users have. For example: 1. Search for a user profile in the Users tab. Select the user name and go to the Product Configuration section. 2. Go to the Syngo Carbon Space tab. 3. In the Search / Browse tab, scroll over to the predefined search. 4. Click on the type of access the user has over a functionality.
