You can optimize the patient dose. • The tube current will be adapted based on the attenuation data of a topogram. For optimum image quality and dose application based on patient size and body shape with CARE Dose4DTM, position the patient in the isocenter of the gantry. CARE Dose4DTM automatically modulates the tube current • during acquisition. A quality reference mAs is used to define - the baseline image quality based on the selected scan protocols. • The adaptation strength can be set depending on the organ characteristic and patient size. You can select the adaptation strength from five different settings, ranging from very weak to very strong. These can be set for different groups of patient size.
