Siemens Healthineers Leadership Excellence: Managing for the Future Workshop - AU/NZ

The Leadership Excellence program has been designed in a way to provide clinical leaders with skills, tools and frameworks to promote their leadership capability. The three-module program will be a blended learning approach and includes in-person workshops, online experiences, experiential activities, workplace activities, small group work and action planning. The workshops will be held face-to-face over three days.

The participant numbers will be limited to ensure the best experience and outcome.

The program is facilitated by Melissa Donaldson, Director of EQ Mind, who specialises in leadership development, organisational development and emotional intelligence training.

Topics included are:

• Module 1: Leading with Emotional Intelligence

• Module 2: Building Team Engagement and Trust

• Module 3: Performance Feedback and Coaching

This training is approved for CPD Credits with the Australian Society of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy.
