Atellica® Solution Resolving Common Errors SIEMENS Module Connectivity Error Job Aid Healthineers Issue: Module is Offline or Not Connected to PCC Description: A module has connectivity issues; most commonly offline or not connected to the PCC. Online Help References: Changing Module Status / System Shut Down and Start Up Troubleshooting Steps: Atellica" Solution 1. Resume the Analyzer by selecting the appropriate module from the System Status area and select Operator ID* LabManager 2. Log out of the software and then log back in Password* ............... 3. Open the appropriate module cover (refer to Online Help for procedure) Passwo 4B Forgot Password ? A. Leave open for at least 15 seconds Restart Shutdown Login B. Close the module cover 4. If problem persists, restart the PCC: Restart ? x A. On the Access bar, select the Account icon and then select Sign out To prevent loss of data, ensure sample processing and mainenance activities are complete befor attempting a restart. B. At the logon screen, do not sign out but instead select Restart O Restart the PCC Workstation Only C. Select Restart the PCC Workstation Only O Restart the PCC Workstation and All Modules D. When the logon screen appears; sign on 4C 5.
