Ensure all modules are in Standby, Stopped, or Off state 2. Check to make sure the system is not currently exporting or printing 3. Ensure a USB drive is not in the PCC 4. For the IM Analyzer: Check the Worklist screen to ensure there are no control-bracketed test results pending release with a closing bracket (Waiting For Bracket) 5. For Sample Handler configurations: Inspect the Atellica Magline Transport to locate any carriers blocking a diverter. If there is a carrier at the diverter, refer to Online Help for clearing instruction 6. Select 7. Effective Date: 02 JAN 2024| QR700004245 Unrestricted I Published by Siemens Healthineers AG | © Siemens Healthineers AG, 2024 Atellica® Solution: Shut Down, Startup & Recovery Options SIEMENS Healthineers Additional Procedures Task Approximate Time Notes Slow User Interface Recovery → < 5 minutes to sign out • A slow user interface occurs when a window requires more than 5–10 seconds to load Sign Out/ Sign into the System and back in • This does not apply when data is loading (when features take up to 30 seconds to load) or progress window (indicates time in a progress bar) • Recommend to sign out and back into the system • If a slow user interface persists, restart the PCC Software Lockup Recovery ~1 - 10 minutes • When the system displays a blue screen, wait for the display to restore • In most occurrences, the system requires 1–3 minutes to repair itself. Wait for the system to automatically complete the repairs for a full 10 minutes to avoid canceling or interrupting all patient testing • If the software is not responding press ALT+TAB to look for hidden pop ups that maybe causing error • If the system does not restart after 10 minutes, the PCC automatically restarts. The system logs an event after a successful restart Module Display Lockup Recovery < 1 minute • The module display may encounter intermittent problems that prevent the operator from changing screens • Can reset using the reset button on the right side of the module display (need to use a thin object, such as a paper clip).
