Atellica® IM Analyzer: Resolving Common Errors SIEMENS Healthineers Sample Tip Tray Loader Jam Job Aid Issue: Sample Tip Tray Loader Jams Description: Tip Tray is jammed somewhere within the Tip Loader mechanism - usually at the staging area or while ejecting to the waste. Online Help Reference: Manually Removing IM Sample Tip Trays Troubleshooting Steps: 2 1. Ensure the analyzer is in the Stopped state 2. Unlock and open the IM Analyzer front cover, then lift up and open the IM tip tray loader cover 3. Lift up the jammed tip tray to remove it A. Ensure no additional trays are left in the tip tray loading area 4. Close the IM tip tray loader cover and the front cover 2 5. Resume the analyzer, select in the System Status area A. A new tray will load during start-up 6. If problem persists: Tip tray loader cover A. Check Tip Tray Waste and Tip Tray Storage areas for other potential jams and remove 2 IM tip tray loader manually B.
