then close the front cover Click the check mark to confirm you want to run a disinfecting rinse and to start the rinse which will take 3-5 minutes; at the end of the process, the PC and analyzer will select the +Add buttons Enter the following information for both the low and high control solutions: Expiration Lot number Liquid type RBC (min and max) WBC (min and max) Select the check boxes to indicate the controls you want to run Add 2 mL of low-level control solution to one test tube and 2 mL of high-level control to another Place test tubes into a rack with low level solution in position 1, high level solution in position 2 Select the Start QC button and rack handler moves rack into sampling area Click the check mark to process the QC samples When QC testing is complete, a message box indicates QC Passed or QC Failed for low- and high-level samples and results can be reviewed QC Test results can be viewed on: The Database screen The Quality Control screen QC history data can also be saved to a USB device On the QC Settings tab, click Output Select the USB drive location to save QC data QC lot data can also be deleted or modified by selecting the Delete or Modify buttons on the
