This video will show you the steps on how to replace the nozzle probes of the CH Up Chemistry Analyzer dryer. To replace the dryer nozzle probes, the system must enter a diagnostic state. To get started, select trouble shooting. Then select opperater diignostics. Select the appropriate CH analyzer module. From the menu at the top of the screen, select enterdide nostex. Then select Yes. Wait for the module to enter the diagnostic state. In the Subsystems topic, select probes. Select to replace the dilution drying probe or to replace the reaction drying probe. Select perform. Then select Yes. Wait for the analyzer to prepare for maintenance. The covers are automatically unlocked when unlocked. The cover locks automatically unless the operator opens or removes the cover within 30 seconds. Open the back cover of the CH analyzer. If the cover is locked before you can open it, select the button in the system status area to unlock the back cover. There is a dryer nozzle probe for the reaction ring and another dryer nozzle probe for the dilution ring. The 2 nozzle probes of the dryers are interchangeable. Before you begin removing one of the probes from the dryer nozzle, cover the covetes with a paper towel to protect them from debris. Unscrew the probe housing assembly counterclockwise to access the dryer probe. Lift the probe housing and turn it up. Locate the appropriate probe from the dryer nozzle and disconnect the tubing. Pull the lever back to release the probe from the probe housing. Discard the probe, spring, and nozzle. Per lab protocol, locate the new dryer nozzles, probe, and spring. Insert the nozzle into the probe until it clicks into place. Insert the spring into the probe. Insert the probe into the probe housing until it clicks. Turn the probe housing over and reinsert it. On the analyzer, tighten the clamping screw clockwise, connect the 5-6 mm tubing to the probe, peel off the paper towel, and close the back cover. To exit diagnostics, select and continue in the software. Then select close. Select x trignostx. Then select Yes. To mark the procedure as complete, select menters. On the browser screen, select or activate is. Set the module filter to the appropriate CH analyzer. Select the correct probe from the cerrado nozzle. Select complitted marks. Finally, select Yes. To complete the procedure, perform the CH autocheck in the operator's diagnosis.
