
VERSANT® kPCR Molecular System AD Decontaminating The Sample Block Job Aid
This job aid will show you the steps on how to decontaminate the sample block on the VERSANT® kPCR Molecular System.
VERSANT® kPCR Molecular System AD Maintenance SIEMENS Healthineers Decontaminate the Sample Block (Weekly) Perform this procedure to eliminate fluorescent contaminants from the instrument sample block on a weekly basis. Contamination is generally evident in failed background contaminations where one or more wells QuantStudio 5 DX - consistently exhibit abnormally high signals. To decontaminate the sample block: 1. Identify the contaminated wells of the sample block 2.
