The Importance of Communications in Providing High Quality Patient Care
It is easy to downplay the importance of communication in the clinical setting. Quality communication plays a critical role in patient experience and patient safety. This presentation will recognize best practices for successful communication and how this can affect both medical staff and patients. Examples where communication, or lack thereof, led to both positive and negative outcomes will be reviewed.
