Please select Add Patient to continue. Enter Patient Data ysio_xpree_va20_step2a_01_02.wav The Patient Registration page is displayed, where you enter the demographic data of the patient. Because you enter the data with your physical keyboard in this simulation, we will hide the touch keyboard. Mandatory data fields are marked by an asterisk. Apart from the mandatory fields, we also want to put in the First Name, Gender, and Pregnancy Status of the patient. Select the Last Name field and type in “Doe”. Scroll down the Patient Registration page for the next mandatory field to be filled out. Please note: On the interactive touchscreen, you simply swipe up with your finger to scroll down this page. Please select to scroll down and continue. Select the Date of Birth field to continue. Check Patient ID and Select Date of Birth ysio_xpree_va20_step2a_01_07.wav If the mandatory Patient ID is not automatically generated and inserted by your HIS or RIS, you can type it in manually in this field. The next mandatory field to be filled in is the patient’s Date of Birth. You can either type in the date of birth or select it from the calendar by tapping the calender icon. If you tap the upper bar in the calender, you can switch to another view. We want to type in the date of birth. To do so, select the Date of Birth field. Please select the Date of Birth field to continue. Type in the Date of Birth “12/4/1995” (mm/dd/yyyy). 12/4/1995 Select Save to proceed. Enter Date of Birth ysio_xpree_va20_step2a_01_08.wav Let’s assume John Doe was born on December 4 of 1995. For month, day, and year, type in the date of birth 12 / 4 / 1 9 9 5, including the slashes. Then select Save to save your changes of the patient data. Please select Save to continue. Please type in the Date of Birth “12/4/1995” to continue. Select the down arrow to continue. Select Pregnancy Status ysio_xpree_va20_step2a_01_9.wav The date of birth is filled into the field. The patient’s current age is calculated automatically and appears in the Age field. For female patients, you can indicate the Pregnancy Status. Select the down arrow to open the list. Please select the down arrow to continue. Close the drop-down menu to continue. We want to select the necessary Clinical Protocols, in our case Chest standing p.a. First select the body region in the list or in the illustration. Select Chest in the list to continue. Because we are looking for the Chest standing p.a. clinical protocol, you need to scroll down the list to see more clinical protocols. Please scroll down the list to continue. To start the examination later, tap the Save button. We want to start the examination immediately, and add the patient information after the exam. Please select the Exam icon to continue. If the mandatory Patient ID is not automatically generated and inserted by your HIS or RIS, you can type it in manually in this field. Then select Ok to save your changes to the patient data. Select a Patient from the Worklist Select Patient from Worklist ysio_xpree_va20_step2d_01_01.wav The patients and study worklist in the Scheduler tab contains the patients who have been registered for an examination, either via RIS or manually. If you use the barcode reader to scan the barcode of a patient, the patient is selected from the Scheduler. Select Refresh Worklist. Refresh Worklist ysio_xpree_va20_step2d_01_02.wav If your patient does not appear in the worklist, you can update the list. When you update the worklist, it gets synchronized with the RIS, and new patients may appear in the list. To update the worklist, select Refresh Worklist. Please select Refresh Worklist to continue. Search for the patient in the Local Data list, in our case a patient called Jane Doe. You can select the menu icon from your patient entry or your study entry. Here, let’s select the menu icon from your patient entry. Please select the menu icon to continue. Select New examination to continue.
