Viewing tab [ysio_xpree_va20_step7_01.wav] Directly after the acquisition, you can view and postprocess the acquired images. postprocessing is also possible after loading an examination from Local Data. The Viewing tab is divided into the Viewing Tools, the Static Tools, and the Series Navigator. In the Series Navigator, you can toggle between all acquired images. Please select the first image. Please select the image to continue. Select the Reject Image icon to continue. Static Tools [ysio_xpree_va20_step7_02.wav] The image opens. In the Static Tools, you can reject the selected image, reset the image impression, change the protocol step, or add a contrast bolus. Please Note: The displayed Static Tools depend on the available licenses and on your progress in the workflow. Let’s assume the image quality of the first image is insufficient. We want to reject this image. To do so, tap the Reject Image icon. Please select the Reject Image icon to continue. Open the Reject Reason list. Reject Image [ysio_xpree_va20_step7_03.wav] A box appears, asking you to select a reject reason. To see the reject reasons, open the list. Open the Reject Reason list. Select positioning to continue. Reject Reason [ysio_xpree_va20_step7_04.wav] A box with several reject reasons opens. Select positioning as a reject reason. Please select positioning to continue. Select OK to continue. Confirm Reject Reason [ysio_xpree_va20_step3a_05.wav] Confirm your selection with OK. Please select OK to continue. Select the 2nd image to continue. Appearance of rejected images [ysio_xpree_va20_step7_6.wav] After you have selected a Reject Reason, the image appears crossed out. You can undo the rejection by tapping the Undo Rejection icon in the Static Tools section. We now want to postprocess the second image. Select the second image in the Series Navigator. Please select the image to continue. Select the Image Manipulation tab to continue. Viewing tools sub-cards [ysio_xpree_va20_step7_7.wav] You can change the layout of the image area by tapping the Layout icon and then tapping the desired layout. The viewing tools are separated into four sub-cards: Favorite Tools, Image Manipulation, Measurement & Annotation, and Image Visualization. The Favorite Tools is a set of up to six tools, which can be configured in the myExam Cockpit. The Favorite Tools are also available in the Examination tab card when you select the acquired image. You can hide all tools except the Favorite Tools by selecting the < icon. We want to take a closer look at the Image Manipulation card. Please select the Image Manipulation tab to continue. Select the Crop icon to continue. Image Manipulation card [ysio_xpree_va20_step7_8.wav] The Image Manipulation card offers different tools to manage your image. You can rotate the image, change the contrast and brightness windowing, flip the image horizontally or vertically, and crop the image. We want to adjust the cropping. Please select the Crop icon to continue. Cropping an image [ysio_xpree_va20_step7_9.wav] We want to slightly crop the image. Cropping can be done in multiple ways: you can drag the corners or the blue lines. You can also move the entire field of cropping by dragging the white circle in the center. To crop the image, we drag the blue frame where we want it. Select the checkmark icon to continue. Confirm crop [ysio_xpree_va20_step7_10.wav] Confirm your changes by tapping the checkmark icon on the bottom of the image. Please select the checkmark icon to continue. Select the Measurement and Annotation tab card. Add a label 1 [ysio_xpree_va20_step7_11.wav] We have cropped the image. We now want to add a label to the image. You can add a label in the Measurement and Annotation tab card. Please select the Measurement and Annotation tab card to continue. Select the L Label icon to continue. Add a label 2 [ysio_xpree_va20_step7_12.wav] Select the L Label icon. Please select the L Label icon to continue. Select the desired location in the image to continue. Add a label 3 [ysio_xpree_va20_step7_13.wav] You set the marker by tapping the desired location in the image. Please select the desired location to continue. Select the checkmark to continue. Confirm label [ysio_xpree_va20_step7_14.wav] Confirm your choice of location by selecting the checkmark on the bottom of the image. Please select the checkmark to continue. Select the Annotations icon to continue. Add an annotation 1 [ysio_xpree_va20_step7_15.wav] Additionally, we want to add text as an annotation to the image. Select Annotations. Please select the Annotations icon to continue. Select + Add free text to continue. Add free text [ysio_xpree_va20_step7_16.wav] A list of pre-set annotations opens. We want to add our own text to the image. Select Add free text to do so. Please select + Add free text to continue. Select the desired image area to continue. Add annotation 2 [ysio_xpree_va20_step7_17.wav] Next, you tap the X-Ray image where you want the text to appear. We want the text to appear below the label L. Tap the desired image area. Please select the desired image area to continue. Add annotation 3 [ysio_xpree_va20_step7_18.wav] A textfield appears in the location you have chosen. In our example, we type in Free Text. Because we enter the data with our physical keyboard in this simulation, we will hide the touch keyboard. Select the slider to continue. Reduce size of annotation [ysio_xpree_va20_step7_19.wav] The size of the annotation can be changed with the text size slider. You can select the minus icon to make the text smaller. You can also drag the slider or select where on the scale you want it. We want to make the text smaller, by sliding the slider to the left. Please select the slider to continue. Select the checkmark to continue. Reposition annotation [ysio_xpree_va20_step7_20.wav] You have resized the text. You can also re-position the annotation. We want it located right beneath the L label. Confirm the text size and the location with the checkmark again. Please select the checkmark to continue. Select the Image Visualization icon to continue. Measurement and Annotation card [ysio_xpree_va20_step7_21.wav] In the Measurement and Annotation tab card, several other tools are available: They let you measure distances or angles, draw arrows, show or hide the text of any drawing, perform a manual calibration, or evaluate the grey values by selecting the new ROI tool. As a last step, we want to change the Flavor. The Flavors can be found in the Image Visualization sub-card. Please select the Image Visualization icon to continue. Select the Flavor icon to continue. Set a flavor [ysio_xpree_va20_step7_22.wav] Tap the Flavor icon. Please select the Flavor icon to continue. Select Flavor 2.3 to continue. Flavor list [ysio_xpree_va20_step7_23.wav] The Flavor list opens. We want to change to Flavor 2.3. From the list, select Flavor 2.3. Please select Flavor 2.3 to continue. Select X to continue. Close Flavor list [ysio_xpree_va20_step7_24.wav] You have changed the Flavor. To close the Flavor list, select X in the top right of the Flavor menu. Please select X to continue. Congratulations! You have successfully completed the simulation. Select Retry to try the simulation again. To go back to the simulation overview, select Continue. Select Exit to read the Disclaimer and exit the learning activity. Retry Continue Exit Congratulations [ysio_xpree_va20_step7_25.wav] You have successfully processed your images. You are now ready to send them manually via the Distribution card. If configured, the images are sent by the auto-routing as soon as you close the study. Congratulations! You have successfully completed the simulation. Click Retry to try the simulation again. To go back to the simulation overview, click Overview. Select Next to read the Disclaimer and exit the learning activity. Instructions Select the icon above to open the table of contents. Click Next to continue. Next Welcome Slide The timeline displays the slide progression. Slide the orange bar backwards to rewind the timeline. Click X in the top right corner to continue.
