Navigation Hints Summarize General Workflow Improvements syngo .via | MAMMOVISTA B.smart VB70 ? Summarize General Workflow Improvements ? Workflow Improvements Overview Please select the tab arrows to learn more about each of the General Workflow Improvements. Import and Export Series Navigator Structured Roaming Steps AI Information and Display with TransparaTM AI Information and Display with iCADTM ReportFlow Assignment Workflow Improvements Overview [audf_syngovia_mammo_olt_workflowimpro_3.mp3] Please select the tab arrows to learn more about each of the General Workflow Improvements. ReportFlow Assignment Layer: The New ReportFlow Assignment rule uses an OR conjunction which means that if any one of the words separated by a comma is available in the study description, the ReportFlow specified is assigned to the patient study. There is no space required with the comma. It is important to note the following : The OR conjunction gives more flexibility in defining words used in the study description. This is usually configured by the application specialist on site. Import and Export Layer: It is now possible for each user (irrespective of the admin role) to import and export ReportFlows and Layouts. It is important to note that the Layouts/ReportFlows created in VB60 can be imported as well. Newly created Layouts/ReportFlows cannot be imported back into VB60. Series Navigator Layer: In the Series Navigator, two improvements have been added: First, a new sorting order which is adapted chronologically as per study date and time is now included. Second, this version offers a new ‘Export to DICOM Node’ feature where you can send the images to pre-configured DICOM nodes. Please note that the DICOM nodes for the “Export to DICOM” feature have to be configured by the CSE in coordination with the hospital IT. Also, the DICOM nodes are initially sorted alphabetically, with the last selected or the most used node placed at the top of the list. Structured Roaming Steps Layer: Structured Roaming now has a configuration of 3 steps, namely 2, 4 and 6. AI Information and Display with TransparaTM Layer: The new Screenpoint Medical TransparaTM version 1.7 delivers a colored CAD mark display which means CAD findings are colored depending on the certainty of malignancy. In the example image, an orange mark has around a 50% risk of malignancy whereas a red mark indicates a higher risk classification for malignancy. It is very important to note that this feature is only available for cases analyzed with TransparaTM Version 1.7. The color and the threshold values for the display of colored CAD marks are defined by the CAD manufacturer. MAMMOVISTA B.smart only allows you to define a value for displaying CAD marks below a threshold (e.g. 80%). This is independent from the color of the CAD mark. Another new feature with AI is the jump from a CAD finding in synthetic 2D to the Tomo slice. By hovering the mouse pointer over the CAD marks displayed on the synthetic 2D image, the symbol changes which makes it possible to jump to the corresponding Tomo slice. This jump is only from the synthetic 2D image to its corresponding Tomo slice and not vice versa. It is important to note that this feature is available with TransparaTM Version 1.7 and above. This feature does not work between FFDM and Tomo. AI Information and Display with iCADTM Layer: iCADTM case scores have been added to the CAD information. This can be viewed if it is activated in the image text section of the configuration. Please note that the data for the iCADTM score comes from the structure report. The value indicated is per patient. There is certainty of finding regarding the score for dedicated areas of interest. AI Information and Display with iCADTM iCADTM case scores are added iCADTM scores are like TransparaTM scores that display the cancer risk score of the patient. They can be viewed if this text is activated in the image text of the configuration. AI Information and Display with TransparaTM Close video AI Information and Display with TransparaTM Colored CAD marks for TransparaTM 1.7 Displayed CAD findings are colored depending on the certainty of malignancy. Example image: Orange has around 50% risk of malignancy. Red indicates a higher risk classification for malignancy. Jump from CAD Finding to Tomo Slice CAD marks are located on the Synthetic image. By moving the mouse cursor to the CAD, it changes symbol which allows you to jump to the corresponding Tomo Slice. Navigation is only possible from the Synthetic Image (in 2D) to Tomo and not vice versa or from a contact 2D image. Video TransparaTM Score The patient browser also displays the score and helps you to prioritize the available cases. Additionally, for CAD SRs from TransparaTM version 1.7.1 or higher, the TransparaTM Three Level Exam Score which ranges from L (Low) via I (Intermediate) to E (Elevated) is displayed in the image information to discribe the probability of malignancy. Structured Roaming Steps In VB60 – only 2 steps are available: 4 & 6. In VB70 – 3 steps are available: 2,4 and 6. Series Navigator New sorting order In VB60 – sorting is per time point, modality and study date. In VB70 – sorting is adapted chronologically as per the study date and time. Sending images to pre-configured DICOM node Right click on the image > Export to DICOM node > List of DICOM nodes is displayed, to which the user can send the images. (Nodes are configured in the syngo admin portal in the technical configuration.) Import and Export for ReportFlow and Layouts In VB60 – The user needs to be an administrator in order to import and export a ReportFlow. In VB70 – All users can import and export ReportFlows and Layouts. Please note: Layouts/ReportFlows created in VB60 can be imported. Newly created Layouts/ReportFlows cannot be imported back into VB60. ReportFlow Assignment In VB60 – AND conjunction is used in Series Description i.e. several words and separated by blanks. In VB70 – AND conjunction and OR conjunction are available in Study Description. Words separated by blank: spaces shall be handled as AND-conjunction, i.e. all defined words have to be available, order shall be ignored. Words separated by comma: shall be handled as OR-conjunction, i.e. at least one defined word has to be available. Explain Double-Blind Reading syngo .via | MAMMOVISTA B.smart VB70 ? Explain Double-Blind Reading ? Double-Blind Reading Functionality MAMMOVISTA B.smart supports a dedicated screening mode, where two different readers can view the same screening cases in a blind double reading while reporting on a RIS. This functionality is a license protected option that does not show a second reader the reading results of a first reader and vice versa. In the event of disagreement a consensus reader can make a final decision considering the results of both readers. This is an optional license. Double-Blind Reading Functionality [audf_syngovia_mammo_olt_doubleblind_5.mp3] MAMMOVISTA B.smart supports a dedicated screening mode, where two different readers can view screening cases on the system in a blinded double reading and report them on a RIS. This functionality is a license protected option that does not show a second reader the reading results of a first reader and vice versa. In the event of disagreement a consensus reader can make a final decision considering the results of both readers. This is an optional license. ? Double-Blind Reading Configurations Double-Blind Reading Configurations [audf_syngovia_mammo_olt_doubleblind_config_6.mp3] In VB70, we can configure whether the client can be used for double-blind reading or not by clicking on the checkbox at the bottom of the configuration window. In addition, the detection of screening cases can also be configured. A study description can be defined and all cases matching the specified study description will be opened in double-blind mode. Consensus reading allows the user to view all the ROI measurements drawn by other users irrespective of the double-blind reading. For screening cases that are configured for double-blind reading, double-blind is mentioned in the viewing panel. In this mode, when the user draws an annotation, distance, or ROI, it is hidden from the other users and only the consensus reviewer can see all the markings. Double-blind reading is not set as default. It needs to be activated by the administrator. Once activated it is automatically switched on for other users for that study description. It can only be switched off by the clinical administrator. Describe New MR Tools syngo .via | MAMMOVISTA B.smart VB70 ? Describe New MR Support Tools ?
