In this video you will learn how to create a layout from scratch using the Layout Editor tool. The tool can be accessed from the Layout Gallery, from the Tool Gallery, or if pinned from your favorite tools, the Layout Editor tool allows. You to create new custom layouts or to edit existing layouts. Once the tool is activated, a new step is opened in the viewing panel. You can also specify certain data assignment rules for each segment individually with the data assignment option. According to these rule definitions, the loaded data is automatically displayed in the respective segments. Before you can use the tool, the Layout editor mode must be enabled and the number of segments must be adapted with Change Geometry. Click the Data Assignment icon. The segments in the image area show the available rule conditions for which you can make the respective settings. You can define the time point and modality of the study, or you can specify the data to be displayed by entering a series description. If you assign specific data groups to the image segments, the system will save the data assignment rules configured for each image segment individually. The add icon can be used to add further series description conditions. If required, you can define further alternative data assignment rules per segment using the add icon next to alternative one.
