Syngo Carbon Space IT Administration

Description:

Syngo Carbon gives rise to knowledge by providing a highly efficient, high quality and optimized clinical environment, opening up a wide range of possibilities in image interpretation, reporting, AI implementation, data management, archiving and migration. Also included is unique access to innovations platforms, open source and third-party functionality and the most up-to-date software available. After attending this course, participants will be familiar with the system administration and servicing concepts for Syngo Carbon Space.

Target Group:
Customer Service Engineers, Implementation Engineers and customers' IT Admins responsible for the Syngo Carbon Solution.

Prerequisites:
syngo.share (Carbon IDM) VA3x know-how is a must.

Objectives:
After attending this course, participants will be familiar with the system administration and servicing concept for Syngo Carbon Space. In addition, basic first level support questions are covered. Practical exercises such as the use of Administration Portal and completing administrative tasks round off the course program.

Notes:

You will need a PC or Laptop to attend this class. A tablet or smartphone is not sufficient. The usage of a large screen monitor (or better dual monitors) is strongly recommended. A headset with microphone and a webcam is mandatory for this class.
