However, please note that SmartSimulator is not an actual system, and therefore, it comes with some limitations. • Since no RIS is configured, only manual or emergency registration is possible. • The monitor on the actual system is a touch sensitive monitor. However on the SmartSimulator, you have to operate the monitor with a mouse. • Please note that examining might not result in the correct clinical image. However, these functions can be used for training purposes. • An internal archive node is set up. Once the transfer is completed however, the sending job will fail. • Do not use Remote assistance (SRS). You can click the button, but it will bring up an error. • All exposure programs are set to either Manual or AEC due to the virtual environment. • In examination, the configuration parameters of the system hardware have no effect on the image. They can be configured in the FLC UI (KVs and mAs). The parameters will not have any impact on the image. However, they will be seen on the image as image text with the configured value. The selected KVs and mAs values will also be available in the exam protocol. • For Quality Control (QC) tests, no appropriate images are linked. If you need to demonstrate this to customers, please bear in mind that only clinical images will be displayed. • Please be aware that the keyboard language is designed for English. The language can be changed to the different supported languages. • Some images from the examined Patients tab card appear white in postprocessing. • The functionalities Zooming an image continuously and Zooming an image to 1:1 pixel display in the Postprocessing tab card are not working. • Flipping is working for the 90° rotation, but arbitrary rotation is not working. • You have to click on the OGP (organ program) each time for acquisition (The simulator does not switch automatically to the next OGP). • The four-by-four view in the Documentation tab card is not fully operational, but the twin view is functioning. • The recycle bin is working for non-imported images. • Detector view is not possible.
