Learn how to create a report Access SmartReports and read the report. Open the Patient Jacket. Click on Procedure to select a procedure. Click in the Report Editor and insert an @ in the text field. Select in the predefined list of abbreviations the required abbreviations to add this procedure. Click on Comparison to select the required a previous examination to compare to. Usually there is no previous examination to compare to, therefore we select No previous examination to compare. Click on Findings and select the appropriate kind of finding to continue with the examination. Click on the i icon to get some background information. Within the report editor an infobox opens up and in our case, you can find information about what a stroke is. Additionally, you can also have images to refer to. Define the location, where you have found something. Click on the Sketch element icon under the element territorial location. A sketch element opens. Click on the region in the sketch element to define the territorial location. Finish the report and use the Speech Recognition Bar. To start the recording click on the speech recognition bar. The microphone icon changes its color to green and you can start the recording. To stop the recording tell the system to do so. SmartReports interacts with Syngo Carbon, a modular, cross-departmental software environment from Siemens Healthineers. Syngo Carbon is a software environment for the clinical setting and it supports you in interpreting medical images, creating reports, providing AI and data management. SmartReports, as integrated solution in Syngo Carbon, supports the generation of medical reports, for example radiological by providing an structured and medical guideline-based reporting platform. In our case, you can find information about what a stroke is. Additionally, you can also have images to refer to. This means you can find all information, that you need, directly in the template which helps you to create a proper report.. Click on the Sketch element icon to define the region of the grey-white matter differentiation. ? Please click on the sketch element icon to define the region of the grey-white matter differentiation and to continue. ? Select the Auto-text window and click on Add Auto-text. Insert an abbreviation and a text, that is then inserted via the shortcut. Click Create to save the Auto-text. You can modify the Auto-text by clicking on Modify. To delete existing auto-text select Delete. To learn more about how to create an Auto-text please watch the video. You can place an Auto-text in the Report Editor at any place. To learn how you can use the Auto-text function, please have look on the video. Infobox Infoboxes are available whereever the infobox sign is displayed. Infoboxes provide you with complete background information you need for a case directly in the template. To close the infobox you need to click on the infobox icon repeatedly. - or - Click on the X icon at the top right of the infobox. Decision tree Single & Multi Selection Selection of Finding: Navigation Bar > Findings > Select one or more parameters from the list by clicking on the desired element. Sketch element The Sketch element is a graphic with selectable items to specify the location and/or properties of a finding. Platform Elements Select the orange frames in the image to learn more about the SmartReports platform elements. Access SmartReports via Carbon Open the Patient Jacket (1). The reporting area powered by Smart Reporting is displayed on the right side of the patient decades. Please note: SmartReports is only available if you have specific license for using this reporting tool, and it is configured to get displayed in the panel. Contact your administrator for configuring SmartReports. ? Speech Recognition Bar To configure the speech recognition click on the Dragon Bar Menu area. Changes can be made via the Menu button.
