Within the report editor an infobox opens up and in our case, you can find information about what a stroke is. Additionally, you can also have images to refer to. Define the location, where you have found something. Click on the Sketch element icon under the element territorial location. A sketch element opens. Click on the region in the sketch element to define the territorial location. Finish the report and use the Speech Recognition Bar. To start the recording click on the speech recognition bar. The microphone icon changes its color to green and you can start the recording. To stop the recording tell the system to do so.
