Configuration of the measurement screen layout is found in System Configuration > Measurement & Report > Touch Screen Config and covered in a separate presentation dedicated to measurement configuration. When the measurement function is activated, the Touch Screen displays the label groups and sub- groups that are available within the chosen exam package. Each group or sub-group contains labels that are organized by mode type, such as renal vascular, or exam type, such as liver transplant. To use a labeled measurement from the Touch Screen: • Activate the caliper function by pressing the Caliper key • Select the label you wish to use from the Touch Screen – the system then activates the measurement tool associated with the chosen label • Position and anchor the beginning and ending measurement markers using the trackball and Set key Labels can also be added to a measurement that has already been anchored on the screen by selecting the label from the Touch Screen once the “generic” measurement has been completed. The measurement will be “labeled” if the selected measurement label supports the chosen generic measurement tool. If the measurement label does not support the generic measurement tool, the ultrasound system will activate the measurement tool that is associated with the chosen label. In this instance, you must re-measure the object onscreen. Notes No. 4 SIEMENS Healthineers Touch Screen display layout SIEMENS . Healthineers ...
