In this video, you will learn about the ISO positioning functions of the Select and Go display from XA70A upwards. During the exam, you can position the ISO center in table position in different ways. For automatic table positioning, you can either select the body region or the coil as the ISO center position. If a Biomatrix contour coil is connected, the position sensor can be used for automatic ISO positioning. You can also change the ISO Center for positioning manually. To do this, press on Define ISO to call up a sub menu. Also, if a laser light is configured, you can use the crosshair for ISO positioning. For all automatic or manual ISO positioning settings, see the table and target positions on the homepage. Press the Guidance Info button to find further help for setting the ISO center. According to this instruction, the ISO center can only be set between zero to 130 centimeters. The position of the Body Region button on the patient is determined by the connected coils. Select a body region to determine the ISO center and target position for the automatic table movement. It's highlighted and marked with the ISO center icon. Press the jog wheel for at least one second to automatically move the table into the defined ISO center. Plug and position the Biomatrix Contour SM or L coil at the table. The coil is automatically displayed and selected as the ISO target. The Contour coils are equipped with a Biomatrix position sensor. The position of the button depends on where the coil is placed and sensed on the body. You can also define and configure the ISO center manually. Press the Define ISO button to define and configure the ISO center by body regions, Biomatrix contour or the keypad. There are different body regions displayed to define the ISO center. The selection of the body regions is determined by the connected coils. After confirming with Apply, the respective body region is highlighted and marked with the ISO center icon. The table position and target have also changed. For example, let's change the ISO center manually to Head, press Define ISO and the Body Region button. Head.
