In this video you will learn about the general functions and features of the Select and Go display from the XA70A upwards. You can operate the system and the patient table using the control units located on the magnet cover. The control units consist of a Select and Go touch display and a jog wheel. With software version XA70A and higher, a new display design and the function patient registration is available. You will learn more about these individual components during the training. Show and edit registered patient data. Automatic table positioning. Change the patient orientation. Table lock and unlock table position and target info, comfort and settings menus. Guidance on the different body parts. Connected coils. Toolbar. Laser function for manual positioning. You can gain access to the pre registered patient data from the Radiology Information System or the Single Acquisition Workplace. You can edit the patient orientation or you can edit the demographics as needed. Please note that other settings and patient information are read only and can only be changed in the single acquisition workplace or in the Risks. Adjust the settings for patient comfort and control the settings for the Select and Go displays. You can turn off all touch functions here. This can be useful, for example, to clean the displays. You can change the settings for both displays simultaneously. Prepare the patient for various examinations with a step by step guide under Define ISO. You can configure the ISO center manually using the body Regions buttons. Monitor physio signals and utilize the guide for electrode positioning. If a Biomatrix coil with beat sensor is connected, additional guidance for positioning is available. Moreover, you can view extra data on the physio card when it's linked with the Biomatrix coil. Select this function to fix the table position. Select the function above to change the patient orientation. Please note this is only available without my Exam 3D camera. Select the laser function on the bottom of the display for manual positioning. Select the required body region for automatic ISO positioning. Press and hold the jog wheel for at least one second to move the table into the ISA center automatically. After successful ISO positioning, go to the control room and start the exam.
