This document provides an overview of the enhancements and improvements for Scenium version VE30 which is available in the VB22 version of MI Applications.
Scenium for VB22 SPECT & SPECT/CT Description: This document provides an overview of the enhancements and improvements for Scenium VE30 which is available in the VB22 version of MI Applications. The following additions have been added: 1. Multi Frame Secondary Capture (MFSC) 2. Threshold Statistics for Database Comparison a. Filtering for statistical values b. Fused statistical images on MR and CT 3. DaTscan and F-Dopa factory databases for Striatal Analysis Multi Frame Secondary Capture (MFSC) functionality is available in all Scenium workflows (Database Comparison, Striatal Analysis, and Subtraction). This allows for fused or non-fused image ranges to be exported and saved. Instead of a snapshot of a single image, a snapshot of the whole stack can be taken. MFSC can be found in the toolbar at the top of the screen. The statistical images use the color coding to display how the uptake in the patient’s brain varies statistically from the normal database. In addition, the Filter Statistics checkbox can be turned on so only the standard deviation values of concern are visible on the statistics images. In addition, the application includes tools to create user-specific normal databases for these radiopharmaceuticals. When the database is selected for analysis, the Analysis workflow step shows an additional graph tab. This graph displays the pa-tient’s left and right values for the selected Normal Values Plotted along with the plots of all the subjects present in the database. In the results summary table segment, the uptake ratios are dis-played for anterior and posterior putamen and also include normal reference values and Z-scores when a database is used for analysis.
