Saving MR PET Data After a Scan Disruption Biograph mMR VE11P Feb 2022 If there is a scan disruption or failure midway through an MR PET body scan (e.g. scanner or MR sequence fails, patient too claustrophobic to finish exam, patient needs to use restroom, etc.), fol- low the instructions below. To retain the data that was already complete, we must make sure to: PET 00:00 1. Stop both the PET acquisition by clicking the PET stop button and the MR acquisi- tion by clicking the MR stop button. Ensure there are no processes running in the background. 2. In the queue background, right-click the mouse and select the Clear All option. This will ensure the system will begin reconstructing whatever data has been acquired.
