ReZero Scans on .go CT Scanners Job Aid
This job aid reviews the ReZero table workflow.
Unsync/Unlink or Re-zero Scans on .go CT Scanners go.Open Pro VA40 / go.Sim VA40 The Change Patient Position icon has several functions. When performing CT Simulations for Radiation Therapy planning, it is sometimes necessary to set the CT table reference to zero (0) a second time during the examination. This may be due to repositioning the patient after the original topogram was acquired (repeat without starting over as the zero button is not available after the first topogram) or if there is a second treatment area to be scanned in the same study, and there is a desire to have the different scans unsynced or unlinked when they are exported to a Treatment Planning System (TPS). The process of the Change Patient Position will create a different Unique Identification number (UID) which the TPS will recognize as different scans. ReZero Table Workflow 1. Load the scan protocol and acquire the topogram.
