Online Help Reference: Resetting SH Thermals in Operator Diagnostics Troubleshooting > Operator Diagnostics 8 SH1-SCI1 LabManager Troubleshooting Steps: SH-01 Module State : Diagnostics 1. Enter Diagnostics State in SH Operator Diagnostics 5 Subsystems Diagnostic Name Description A. Navigate to Troubleshooting > Operator Diagnostics All 4 Reset Thermals Disable and then enable the Cal-QC tube storage area temperature control. Perform 3 Thermals Enable the Cal-QC tube storage area Enable the Cal-QC tube storage area temperature control. Start transporting samples to and from the Cal-QC tube storage area. View Status Cancel B. Select the appropriate SH module Covers C. Select Enter Diagnostics > Yes (wait for SH to enter diagnostic state) 2. In Select a Module; select the appropriate SH 3. Select Subsystems > Thermals 4. Select Reset Thermals 5. Select Perform > Yes 7 6. Wait for the activity to complete Exit Diagnostics 7. Select Exit > Diagnostics > Yes 8.
