Each section is pre-set by the factory, although they can be customized to the user preference. Please note that only one word can be selected per type of text in a single consecutive line. Press the desired text and note that it will change to white and is displayed on the Image Screen. To move the text, place the cursor in the text and double-click the Set key. The line of text becomes green and can be moved around on the Image Screen. The font size ranges from 14-22. If the user changes the font size, the system will remain at that size, even after rebooting the system. To change text, press a different selection and it will replace the existing text. Only one word from each type can be selected in a consecutive line of text. To insert annotation text on an image using auto complete, position the cursor on the Image Screen and then enter the text. The system displays pre-defined text matching the entered characters, if specified in the configuration settings. When the entered text matches pre- defined text, the text is highlighted in green. To accept the pre-defined text, press enter on the keyboard. Please note: If the cursor is repositioned before accepting the pre-defined text, the system displays only the characters that were entered. To insert text, enter new text in the text box or select pre-defined text in the list of available text and click the right arrow to move it to the current text list. To edit text in the selected annotations, select the text from the selected text field. Edit the text in the text box and select Modify. Once a new text is added, it displays with an asterisk as shown in screen three. To remove text from the annotation library or a modifier library, select the text in the list of selected annotations or modifiers. Next, select the left arrow as shown on screen two to hide the word. To change the sequence of annotations, select the text in the list of selected annotations. To reposition the text upward, select the up arrow. To reposition the text downward, select the down arrow. The body marker default will be the upper left selection for that preset and the transducer marker will be active displaying position and rotate. To add a Body Marker from another application, select Exam in the upper right corner of the Touch Screen, select the desired exam and make your selection on the Touch Screen. To move the Transducer Marker, roll the trackball or use the Touch Screen to drag the transducer marker. To rotate the Transducer Marker, there are three workflows to choose from: 1. On the Touch Screen, drag the blue dot to indicate the direction of the Transducer Marker 2. Press the Set key to change the trackball function to rotate 3. Rotate the Angle knob on the control panel The system adjusts the angle of the transducer marker in 15° increments. To change the angle in 90° increments, press the Angle knob on the control panel. To move the Body Marker anywhere on the imaging screen, push the rotary soft key to Body Maker and the Body Marker will be outlined with a green box, indicating that the body marker is active to move. Use the trackball to move the Body Marker to the desired location. Push the rotary knob again to set the body marker position. To change the Body Marker selection, either select a new body marker from the Touch Screen or rotate the Select knob on the Control Panel. • Marker Size will change the body marker size. There are 20 different sizes. The default size will be the middle size; if the user changes the size, the system will return to the last used setting size. • Home will set the home position of the body marker • Set Home will allow the user to configure the home position • Delete will delete the body marker • Trackball Transducer Marker will allow both trackball and set keys to toggle between position and rotation of the transducer marker To remove all Text, Arrows and Body Markers from the Image Screen, select Clear Screen on the left side of the Touch Screen.
