POCcelerator Web Menu Bar POCcelerator Web Menu Bar pocweb_systemoverview_menu_overview.mp3 POCcelerator Web can help you organize your Point of Care testing with its eight main screens: Dashboard, Patient, QC, Linearity, Operator, Devices, Manual entry, and Administration. Additionally, the eTrainer and Analytics modules are part of the POCcelerator Ci Analytics Module and can be purchased separately from your local Siemens Healthineers representative. To begin, let’s look closer into the key areas of the Dashboard. ? Dashboard Dashboard pocweb_systemoverview_menu_dashboard_2.mp3 Once you have logged in successfully, you are shown the POCcelerator Web Dashboard. The Dashboard displays an overview of the status of all devices relevant for the logged in user. Note that the appearance of the Dashboard may very depending on your specific user rights, device model rights, and ward assignments. Now let’s focus on the Dashboard filters. The Location dropdown can be used to restrict the devices displayed to those in a specific ward, while the All devices tab displays all assigned devices. The red tab only displays devices with an error status, which are not released for patient measurement. And the green tab displays devices released for patient measurement. For devices with errors, you can hover over the colored bars in the QC frequency, QC status, and Incomplete QC columns to view additional information about the error types. Here we can see that the pH failed for level 1 on the selected RapidPoint® 500 device. Finally, utilize the Dashboard buttons within the Measurement entry and Monitor columns to open additional POCcelerator Web screens for performing actions on the respective device. ? Patient Patient pocweb_systemoverview_menu_patient.mp3 Selecting Patient in the Menu bar opens the Patient result monitor. The Patient result monitor displays stored patient measurements. Here patient results can be filtered using the filters seen at the top of the screen. Perform actions on patient results such as re-check or send to the LIS, using the buttons below the filter area. View additional result information in the result table using the expand icon. And hover over the red colored bars to view technical or transmission errors. ? QC QC pocweb_systemoverview_menu_qc.mp3 In the QC monitor you can view, comment, release and print selected QC measurements. Use the simple and advanced filter settings at the top of the screen, to search for desired QC measurements. Additionally, QC measurements can be sorted in accordance with the filter settings above, using the display table tabs. From the All QC measurements tab, you can view all completed QC measurements regardless of its status and select the Details button to add comments and release QC measurements. The red tab displays only uncommented QC violations. The yellow tab displays commented QC violations. And the green tab displays only valid, commented valid, and released QC measurements. The Incomplete QC measurements tab displays all incomplete QC measurements regardless of the filter settings and allows you to edit and complete QC measurement data via the Modify button. ? Linearity Linearity pocweb_systemoverview_menu_linearity.mp3 The Linearity menu has two screens: Linearity Material Setup and Linearity Monitor. The Linearity Material Setup screen allows you to configure and manage the materials used in linearity testing. From this screen, you can view desired linearity lots using the appropriate filter options, create linearity lots using the New lot buttons, and so much more. Linearity’s second screen, Linearity Monitor allows you to view linearity results received from devices, resolve incomplete measurements, add comments, record the review, and export linearity results to Microsoft Excel. ? Operator Operator pocweb_systemoverview_menu_operator_2.mp3 The Operator menu has three screens: User administration, Automatic recertification, and Certifications monitor. From the User administration screen, you can create, modify, and delete users. Note: You will only see users at your ward assignment level or below. The Automatic recertification screen, allows you to turn on automatic recertification and select the rules that an operator must meet to be automatically certified or recertified for a specific device model. Note: You must be assigned to a user group that has user rights with the appropriate permissions to the Web Setup Auto Recertification function to view or change automatic certification settings. Finally, the Certifications monitor allows you to view current and past certification information for all operators assigned to your locations and device models. You can use the Action’s dropdown to update an operator’s certification record to: • Recertify operators manually • Extend certifications • Record classroom trainings • Record when maintenance tasks are observed • Record when tests are observed • Revoke certifications • And or certify revoked certifications Note, you must have the appropriate permissions to the user group to use the Operator Certifications monitor. ? Devices Devices pocweb_systemoverview_menu_devices.mp3 POCcelerator Web’s Devices menu bar option has the following 4 screens: Device manager, Maintenance tasks, Maintenance plans, and Record maintenance tasks. From Device manager, you can create and activate new devices. The devices overview area of the screen displays all the devices for the wards for which you have model rights and ward assignments as a user. The Maintenance tasks screen allows you to create, edit, delete, or copy a maintenance task. Note that POCcelerator maintenance tasks are divided into three different types. Device-Specific Automatic where tasks can be assigned to device models that can communicate the completion of these tasks. Device-Specific Manual where tasks can be assigned to a particular device model. And General tasks where tasks are assigned to locations and cannot be assigned to any specific device model. The Maintenance plans screen allows you to create a maintenance plan. Maintenance plans are collections of tasks assigned to one or more locations. A plan can include model-specific tasks, general tasks, or a combination of both. Please note you must have the appropriate user group permission to create, edit or delete a maintenance plan, and you must have authorization for the device model and the locations for which you are assigning the plan. Finally the Record maintenance tasks screen allows you to manually record a maintenance task and export maintenance records. You can record due, overdue, missing, and as required tasks.
