POCcelerator Screens Overview POCcelerator Screens pocclient_softwareoverview_screensoverview_1.mp3 Monitoring patient results, QC results and online connected devices is possible utilizing POCcelerator’s three main screens: Result Monitor, QC Monitor and Process Monitor. Additionally, POCcelerator software offers the External Quality Assurance (EQA) monitor that can be purchased from your local Siemens Healthineers representative as part of the POCcelerator Ci Analytics Module. To begin, let’s look closer into the key areas of the Result Monitor screen. ? POCcelerator Screens Overview Result Monitor pocclient_softwareoverview_screensoverview_2.mp3 The Details field provides information on a selected patient result and the Error log displays icons used to show any errors associated with a selected measurement. The Result table displays detailed information of patient result measurements including flags transmitted with a result by the Point of Care device or comments associated to a result. The Checking and Editing Measurement Results buttons allow you to recheck patient measurements for errors and refresh data, edit a data record, forward erroneous results to the LIS, and filter data records. ? POCcelerator Screens Overview Patients Results Tab pocclient_softwareoverview_screensoverview_3.mp3 Finally, the Patient results menu bar allows you to generate a document of filtered patient results to be printed and provides you an additional method to filter data records. Next, let’s move to the QC Monitor screen. ? POCcelerator Screens Overview QC Monitor pocclient_softwareoverview_screensoverview_4.mp3 The QC Monitor consists of two screens: Incomplete QC data and QC chart. Let’s begin by focusing on the QC chart screen. ? POCcelerator Screens Overview QC Chart Screen pocclient_softwareoverview_screensoverview_5.mp3 The QC chart screen displays all correct QC measurements in graphical or tabular form. Looking at the QC chart screen in the graphical form let’s review the Selection Criteria and QC chart buttons. The Selection Criteria assists in filtering QC results to display additional information for desired measurement series. The QC chart buttons allow you to view QC results as a chart, view QC results as a table, zoom in or enlarge the graphical view, zoom out or minimize the graphical view, show original size and show connecting lines per device. Let’s change to the tabular view to learn about another key area on the QC chart screen. ? POCcelerator Screens Overview Quality Controlsl Tab pocclient_softwareoverview_screensoverview_6.mp3 The Quality controls menu bar option offers additional functionalities for the QC Monitor screen. Utilize the Manual QC input to enter and edit QC measurements manually. Browse QC measurement results one after another according to their selection criteria and archive QC measurements according to a specific date. Print filtered QC measurements graphically or tabularly. Search directly for QC violations regardless of the filter criteria in QC Monitor or check and update the table of incomplete QC data. Now let’s move to the second QC Monitor screen, the Incomplete QC data screen and learn about its key features. ? POCcelerator Screens Overview Incomplete QC Data Screen pocclient_softwareoverview_screensoverview_7.mp3 The Result table displays all incomplete or erroneous QC measurements. This includes results that cannot be documented in the QC chart because of missing information and not because the result is invalid and outside the allowed range for the given QC lot and level. The Detail fields provide additional information for a selected result. The Error log displays icons used to show any errors associated with a selected measurement. The Re-check and Delete QC Results buttons allow you to revalidate a selected QC result after editing or deleting the selected result. And the Hospital filter allows users to view incomplete QC results from devices in a specific hospital or facility. Finally, let’s move on to the last default POCcelerator screen, Process Monitor. ? POCcelerator Screens Overview Process Monitor pocclient_softwareoverview_screensoverview_8.mp3 The Process Monitor screen is responsible for monitoring all online connected devices and consists of six key areas. The Overview of Devices area displays an outline of all connected devices, as located in your organization. Device Information provides additional information about a selected device and Device Status Information displays fill levels, device status, and electrode status on selected devices, depending upon device type. Users can filter by error messages and/or notifications using the Filter options area and see displayed notifications and error messages received from a device in the display table. Also, utilize the Status Information area, which displays color signal lights indicating the total amount of devices showing the respective error, by double clicking on a signal light to display filtered devices according to the error type. This completes the POCcelerator screens overview. Select Next to continue. POCcelerator Menu Bar ? POCcelerator Menu Bar File Tab pocclient_softwareoverview_menubar_1.mp3 POCcelerator’s menu bar provides additional functionality, information and setup screens. File allows users to logout or exit the program. ?
