ACUSON P500 Ultrasound System syngo® Velocity Vector Imaging™ Video

This video provides an overview of syngo VVI with the ACUSON P500 3.0 release.

Singo VBI will process both global longitudinal strain and global circumferential strain for the left ventricle. It will also process left atrial strain and right ventricular strain. The software uses a 3 point contour method for tracking. And this is the same software that is available on the Acuson Sequoia. Redwood and juniper. Let's transition to the P500 ultrasound system. And walked through processing a data set and single vvi. Gonna open the browser from the control panel. I'm going to double click a study that's in here. I'm going to page down. I'm going to go ahead and select all of the images. And then on the left I'm going to say show selected. Remember to do this before starting the singo vvi application. If you are missing images, you will not be able to put them back into the application without exiting. I'm placing the images and their corresponding chambers of place. The apical 4 chamber, the apical 2 chamber, and the apical 3 chamber. I'm going to proceed. You can see on the screen the left and right set key are used to mark your first and 2nd. Contour markers and then the update key. Is for marking the third contour marker at the apex. So all I did was hit the left set key. Wanna go one? 2. And then the update key. And I'm gonna. Process the analysis for in systole and then the end diastolic contour will come up next. Umm? Editing a few of the contour points. By pressing the left set key. Dragging it and pressing the left set key again. I'm just going to come outside and double click the left set key and it will process. That contour. So we see we have the two Chamber. Now let's do the four chamber. It will first go to in systole, so I'm going to left click. Left click. Then come to the apex. Press the update key. Come outside of the contour and double click the left set key. To process that contour. And the same double click the left set key outside of the contour to process the four chamber. You can see the bullseye is filling in. Now let's process typical three chamber. Left set key. What's that key? And update. Here I'm going to grab the red one because it makes a bigger. You can move a larger segment. Just adding some of the contour points I'm going to come outside of the contour and double click the left set key to do the analysis. And I'll just accept this for the endostyle and you can see we have a full bullseye and we have the model. Here's your endo systolic and in systolic marker. You can change the timing of end, diastolic and end systole by coming over the bottom of the markers holding down the left set key and moving it. With the red as being the volume curve and icely should be on the peak. Of the curve. And in systole, should be on the through or the lowest volume point of the curve. So we have an ejection fraction of 57.7%. And a GLS of negative 21. I can click and go into segmental analysis. And I can click through the views for the four chamber. The two chamber. And the three chamber view. And this is the one strain analysis. You can select between velocity displacement. As well as strain rate. You can come over to the touch screen and select save to report. And I'm going to go into review. And although the system will store and save bookmarks once the analysis has been done, the report is always going to use the last performed measure.
