Organs RT Template Creation (Part 2) - How to create structure templates

To create a structure template in the template list, click add new template. A new empty structure template is created. In the name field you can enter a name for the template. Comments are optional. Then the new template is listed within the template list. Within the template list, additional options are available. You can duplicate or delete a template. If you have duplicated a template, you can also edit the name afterwards. We have created our template and now we need to include which organs should be contoured within this template. In the organs tab you can find all structures available to be included in the structure template. In the structure list, click the organs tab and click add structures here or here. The organ database screen opens and you have to select the structures to be included in the structure template. I will include the aorta and the auxiliary nodes into the structure template. From here I can see that my template has two structures in it, and here I can see which structures are included. It is possible to change the segmentation methods from automatic to manual for any structure selection but not the other way round. By clicking on the delete icon you can also delete the structure from the organs tab. If you do not intend to map that structure to the templates.
