SIEMENS Healthineers • Open Recon (Open Reconstruction) is a developer-friendly 2 open digital interface for co-creation and knowledge 1 3 4 exchange with partners. • The partner application will run within a container directly on the MaRS and is seamlessly integrated into the imaging and reconstruction chain. ... • It will appear as an additional tab on the Inline card and provide convenient access to options supported by Open Recon. Results are displayed in the user interface in the Graphical Slice Position (GSP) display and will appear in the DICOM database. Please note: The installation and usage of containers does not require an internet connection (outside of the hospital Schematic overview network). This means that the application can run independently from one computing environment to another and can easily be deployed and updated. Purchased container algorithms including manuals are installed together with the Open Recon license by the Siemens Healthineers Service (either via SRS or local site visit) at any time and don't require an update of the Numaris software. • In addition, a container is delivered with the corresponding operator manual.
