To start the simulation, click Practice. Navigation Help Select the icon above to open the table of contents. Click Next to continue. Next Welcome Slide Some images may have a magnifier icon. Select the image to see an enlarged view. Select it again to return to the normal view. Click the X in the upper right corner to exit the navigation help. Zoom Slide Some images have a magnifier icon in the bottom-left corner. Select these image to see an enlarged view of the image. Select the image again to return to the normal view. Hip Bilateral Autopilot Simulation If the exam settings are fine, click Start to start the examination. Start Examination Audio: After you click the Exam icon from the organizer, a new patient tab and image viewing area will open. If you have to make any changes, you can click the Exam Settings icon. If the exam settings are fine, click Start, to start the examination. Click Start to continue. Auto Align Scout is running Audio: The AutoAlign Scout is running. Click the AutoAlign Scout step to check the Localizer images. Click AutoAlign Scout Audio: When the AutoAlign Scout has finished, the needle will move to the Check Image Quality step and a message will appear in the Scanning View area. Click the Auto Align Scout step to check the Localizer images. Click the AutoAlign Scout step to continue. For example, click the coronal series. Open a Series Audio: A message in the image area indicates whether the AutoAlign was successful. From the series area, click other orientations to open them and review the images. For example, click the coronal series. Click the coronal series to continue. To create the preview, click pd_tse_fs_cor_bilat. Open a Preview Audio: In addition to the localizer, you can also preview the area that will be scanned in the next steps. To open the preview, click the highlighted step. Click pd_tse_fs_cor_bilat to continue. Click Show Scan Preview. Show Preview Audio: Now click Show Scan Preview. Click Show Scan Preview to continue. Click the Check Image Quality step. Check Image Quality Audio: Previews can be visualized only for steps that are not yet scanned. You can check the image quality of a preview and of already scanned images. An orange badge indicates that an action is needed in the Check Image Quality step in order to proceed with the examination. Click the Check Image Quality step. Click the Check Image Quality step to continue. Click Continue to proceed with the examination. Click Continue Audio: After you have checked the image quality in the localizer step, click Continue, to proceed with the examination. Click Continue to continue. Scan is Running Audio: The scan is running. Click on the pd_tse_fs_cor_bilat.step. Check Image Quality Audio: While the scan is ongoing, you can check the acquired images by clicking the icon of the respective step. In this example, click the highlighted step, to check the image stack. Click on the pd_tse_fs_cor_bilat.step to continue. Scroll through Series Audio: You can use the slider or the arrows to scroll through the images. Click the Check Image Quality step. Check Image Stack Audio: When the scans are finished, another Check Image Quality step is reached. You can continue reviewing the images by clicking on the icons. Again, an orange badge indicates that an action is needed in the Check Image Quality step. In order to proceed with the examination, click the Check Image Quality step. Click the Check Image Quality step to continue. Click Continue. Click Continue Audio: After you have checked the image quality in the previous scan steps, click Continue. Click Continue to continue. Click on Abort Contrast. Contrast Step Audio: Select the required data for the contrast agent. Then click Confirm to continue the examination. If contrast agent is not needed, you can click on Abort Contrast. Click on Abort Contrast to continue. To open the stack view, click the image. For example, t1_tse_tra_bilat. Open Image Stack on Summary page Audio: The summary page opens. Remember, you can always go back to review the scanned images, when needed. In the Summary page you can see the images of all the scanned steps. Here you can select those you want to distribute. To open the stack view, click the image. For example, click the highlighted image. Click t1_tse_tra_bilat to continue. Click Select all Frames to continue. Select All Frames Audio: Click Select All Frames if you want to select all frames in the image. Click Select all Frames to continue. Click Select this Frame to continue. Select / Deselect Single Frames Audio: The stack view can be used to select or deselect frames for printing. To select or deselect single frames, enable or disable the Select this Frame checkbox. Click Select this Frame to deselect one frame. Click Select this Frame to continue. Close the stack view to continue. Close Stack View Audio: Close the stack view when you have finished with selection. Click X to continue. Click Select/Deselect All Series to continue. Select/Deselect All Series Audio: Partially selected series can only be printed. If autotransfer is disabled, you can now select series manually and send them to PACS and printers. Click Select/Deselect All Series to select all series. Click Select/Deselect All Series to continue. To export series: 1. Check that all the required series are selected. 2. Select the network node from the Send drop-down menu. 3. Click Send to send all the selected series. Export Images to a Network Node Audio: Select or de-select the series to be printed or exported by using the check boxes. To export series: First: Check that all the required series are selected. Second: Select the network node from the Send drop-down menu. Third: Click Send to send all the selected series. Click Send. Click Close to finalize the patient examination and go back to the Organizer. Close Patient and Go Back to Organizer Audio: The images sent to the PACS are marked with this icon. Click Close to finalize the patient examination and go back to the Organizer. Click Close to continue. Congratulations! You have successfully completed the simulation. You can try the simulation again or, if you want to exit the learning activity, click Next to read the Disclaimer and then close the pop-up window. Retry Next Congratulations Audio: Congratulations.
