This Online Training introduces you to the basic management of the software. Shutdown The Shutdown icon enables the shutdown, standby, or restart of the system/workplace. Access bar Lock The Lock icon locks or unlocks access to other icons. Examination The Examination icon redirects to the Organizer or scanning view layout. myExam Cockpit The myExam Cockpit icon enables access to the myExam Cockpit window for protocols setup and import/export. System Check The System Check icon gives information on system readiness and enables access to the System Check page. Organizer On the Organizer page, you can: Register patients manually/automatically Fill out or modify patient details Assign Examination Information Important Information Mandatory fields are marked with yellow lines on the left side of the respective field Pay attention to insert the correct height and weight data of your patient for safety reasons ? Organizer Audio File: audiof_myexamauto_organizer_eng Starting from the Home Screen, the organizer can be accessed by clicking on the Examination icon. In the Organizer page, you can: Register patients manually by using the Register Patient buttons or automatically by retrieving patient information from the RIS/HIS. Fill or Modify Patient Details by filling out missing information or correcting patient data before the examination. Assign Examination Information by selecting the program for the examination, which will automatically be loaded, selecting the body region and laterality as well as selecting the patient orientation in the scanner. Alternatively, you can open specific information on something by moving the mouse over an object on the screen and clicking F1 on your keyboard. ? Scanning View Scanning View Layout Select the markers on the left to learn more about the general layout of the scanning view. ? Current Patient tab Image viewing area Exam settings Workline Access bar Tabs and icons The Home Screen icon opens the initial home screen. The Organizer icon opens the organizer view. The Local Data icon opens the acquired patient list. Exam Settings The Exam settings can be opened from the scanning view by using the icon at the bottom left corner of the screen. ? Exam Settings Layout After clicking on the Exam settings icon, you can adapt different settings. Select the colored callouts on the left to learn more about the Exam settings layout. ? Exam Settings Layout Audio File: audiof_myexamauto_examsettings_eng After clicking on the Exam Settings icons, a window to adapt informations such as voice commands, exam Mode and decisions as well as patient comfort settings, opens. Unlock settings button Decision options Exam mode options Voice commands settings Patient comfort settings Workline The workline gives information about the planned and performed steps of the current examination, such as: Scanning steps for specific programs (including modes and decisions) Review and Planning steps Summary step The steps in the workline are dynamic and change during the examination. ? Workline Audio File: audiof_workline_examsettings_eng The workline is located in the lower part of the scanning view and gives information about the planned and performed steps of the current examination. The steps include the scanning steps for the specific program such as modes and decisions, review and planning as well as the summary step. The workline and its icons of the different steps are dynamic and change during the examination to provide an overview of the current scanning situation. Summary Page Summary Page Layout On the Summary page, you can select images to be exported to another node as well as printing or finalizing the examination. Select the colored callouts on the left to learn more about the layout of the summary page. ? Summary Page Layout Audio File: audiof_summarypagelayout_eng On the Summary Page, you can select images to be exported to another node as well as printing and finalizing the examination. Close Patient If you have checked and exported the images, you can finalize and close the exam by using the Close icon. Please note: If an issue occurred during the exam and the Summary Page cannot be reached, you can also close the patient from the Patient tab. ? Print Function The Print function is located under the Export function in the Summary page. After selecting the images or frames you would like to print, you can: Select to which printer you want to send the images via the print options Select the Paper Size Select the Print Layout All printing options are single selection Click on the Print icon ? After selecting the images you would like to export, you can: Select to which node you want to send the images to via the Send function. The options list includes the export nodes predefined during the system configuration. Click on the Send icon. Export Function ? If you want to open the image stack, click on the respective image to select/deselect single or multiple frames to print. The incomplete stack will be indicated with an – icon . If you want to select all the images shown, click on the Check all icon: If you want to select only one or some of the images shown, click on the icon on the upper left side of the image: Click the image selection area to find out more information.
