
myExam 3D Camera Calibration
The video shows you how to calibrate the myExam 3D Camera.

In this video you will learn how to perform the calibration for the my exam 3D camera, the 3D Camera Phantom is used, so the calibration of the 3D camera coordinate system with the MRI patient table coordinate system. Recalibration may be necessary if the 3D camera has been moved, for example during cleaning and when quality assurance fails. If the 3D camera moves out of position, the 3D camera must be recalibrated. Do not use the 3D camera before it has been recalibrated. To start with the calibration, go to the administration portal at the Singo acquisition workplace. Go to quality assurance, select customer tuneup general, select 3D camera igu calibration. Click go to start the 3D camera calibration workflow. A live image and or guidance images are shown on the selecting go display throughout the workflow. You will be guided through the Staffs by on-screen text and images. The 3D camera calibration workflow starts with the prepared table step. Remove all accessories and coils from the table. Place the Phantom near the head end on the table with the D tents and the grooves and the symbol at the top facing the magnet. Tap next to continue with the align head end step. The table moves into the home position. If your system does not have a laser light localizer, align the arrow markers on the left and right side of the Phantom with the 55 marks on the table. Or, if your system is equipped with a laser light localizer, turn on the laser and move the table to align the laser light localizer with the Phantom Cross marker or its longer line. Tap next to continue with the adjust camera step. The current positioning values are shown on the select and go display. The values are constantly updated. Tap next to continue with the Align foot and step. Place the Phantom in the position indicated by the select and go display, and by the markers near the foot end on the table with the detents and the grooves and the symbol at the top facing the magnet. Please note, if the alignment always fails, repeat the aligned head and step to ensure that the Phantom is correctly positioned. Tap next to continue with the start calibration step. The calibration runs automatically. The table moves to various positions. If one part of the start calibration step fails, click repeat to repeat the start calibration step. If necessary, correct the position that the Phantom, then tap next to continue with the start QA step. Place the Phantom near the head end on the table, with the D tents and the grooves and the symbol at the top facing the magnet. If your system has no laser light, type in the value to which the arrow markers point on the table, or align the laser light localizer with the Phantom Cross marker. Tap next. The values are validated after the 3D camera calibration workflow is finished. A message informing you whether the calibration was successful or not will be displayed. Please note, if the calibration failed, repeat the steps. If alignment or calibration fails after repeating them, contact Siemens healthineers service for 3D camera repositioning and check.
