In this video you will learn how to load multimodality data side by side into the system. Please keep in mind that the user interface may differ slightly on different host systems. Load the patient into the application Start to load the images into the images area. Keep the left mouse button pressed to drag and drop the series for contouring into the image area. This is usually the non contrast planning CT image. A yellow frame highlights the first loaded series. You can scroll through the image by using the middle mouse wheel. In the non contrast. Series. There is no lesion visible. Load the non contouring images from the series panel into the viewing area. Right click, drag and drop and add. If the image is displayed parallel to the CT series, a lesion is visible in the Mr. By using rigid registration, the non contouring images will be automatically registered to the contouring image. Optionally use deformable registration, load the next non contouring. Images This is the CT part of the PET CT from the series panel. Then fuse it with the PET part. Hold the right mouse button pressed to drag and drop and fuse it. The loaded series are aligned to each other. Scroll through the loaded series by using the middle mouse wheel. You can zoom or pan the image. To zoom the image, go outside of the images and press the left mouse button. Two black boxes appear close to the mouse. To zoom, move the mouse up while holding down the left mouse button. Depending on the monitor and license, you can load up to four series at the same time in parallel. In addition, you can fuse four additional series in the loaded images.
