In this video you will learn how to perform the contouring on Multi modality series. Please keep in mind that the user interface may differ slightly on different host systems. Load. The non. Contrast. CT Mr. and A Pet CT series into the MMRT image suite. The. Loaded series are aligned, you can scroll through as well as zoom and pan them. Before you start manual contouring, you can apply auto contouring. You can do this by using a preconfigured template. Or by. Selecting. The for auto contouring available organs. Manually from the list in Favorite Tools, click on the auto contouring icon. The list with available auto contours opens. Now select your organs and click. OK. The auto contouring runs in the background. In the meantime, manual contouring can be carried out. To start contouring and editing of any image, add a new structure for. That. Click on the plus button in Anatomy and Targets. You can customize the newly created structure. It is possible to change the name of the structure? And the color. A color bar opens and you can select the preferred color. Activate the freehand tool in 3D mode. Here you can draw contours on several. Parallel slices. The contour interpolation is performed depending on the visualization mode. The contours are reflected on the other image modalities.
