MR Spectroscopy – Add a Metabolite Numaris X – Job Aid MR Spectroscopy – Add a Metabolite – Numaris X If a metabolite is not present in the Siemens Spectro Browser, you can add a new metabolite to the Spectro Browser customer Spectro templates. Once created and saved this customer metabolite template can used to process the MR Spectro data and display the defined metabolite. 1. Open the Patient Browser. 2. Right-click on the Patient Study and select Open With > MR Spectro.
