Or you have opened a patient from the Worklist or registered an emergency patient (access point Examination mode). Now it is time to select an Organ Program (OGP), add further exam information and adjust acquisition parameters. Use the arrows to navigate to a simulation of your choice. You can perform both of the simulations or choose a specific one. If you need help for navigating through the simulation, click this button. Select Chest to continue. 10:40 2022/10/10 Select OGP Select the Body Region [Storyboard_MOBILETT_Impact_Step_7a_02.wav] The screen displayed is split into three areas: The left column with body region names and an illustration of the skeleton. The middle column with Available OGPs. And the right column with Assigned OGPs. Let’s say we’d like to perform a Chest AP supine exam for our patient. You can either select the body region name Chest on the left or select the chest on the illustration. Select the body region name Chest to continue. Please select Chest to continue. Select the + icon of Chest Lying Position to continue. 10:40 2022/10/10 Select from Available OGPs [Storyboard_MOBILETT_Impact_Step_7a_03.wav] The selected body region gets highlighted on the illustration and available OGPs for this body region get listed in the middle column. You can scroll through this list by swiping up and down with your finger on the interactive touch screen. Select the plus icon of Chest Lying Position to assign the OGP to this patient. Please select the + icon of Chest Lying Position to continue. Select the tab Exam Information to continue. 10:41 2022/10/10 Select the Exam Information Tab [Storyboard_MOBILETT_Impact_Step_7a_04.wav] The OGP appears in the list of assigned OGPs. If you would like to perform a second plane exam, for example a lateral chest exam, simply add it to the list of assigned OGPs by selecting the plus icon. Furthermore, you can delete an assigned OGP by simply selecting the cross to the right of its entry. You are now ready to continue with the next tab Exam Information. Please select the tab Exam Information to continue. Here you can enter, modify or delete required exam information. To delete an entry, select the corresponding field. Please select the field Accession Number to continue. By selecting the cross in the selected field, you can delete its entry. In our example, we keep these fields as they are and continue with the last tab Institution. By selecting the single fields, here you can enter, modify or delete required data about your institution, such as name and address of your institution, performing, referring or requesting physician, and when you scroll down by swiping with your finger you can enter the operator and ward of your institution. In our example, we keep these fields as they are. You are now all set to adjust acquisition parameters for your patient in the Examination mode. Select Exam to continue. Adjust Acquisition Parameters in the Examination Mode [Storyboard_MOBILETT_Impact_Step_7a_08.wav] The Examination mode opens. In this mode, your clinical workflow is displayed in the workflow area in the top left corner. The previously assigned OGP is displayed on the top of the workflow area and on top of the parameters and tools area. After selecting the assigned OGP, you can still change it or add further OGPs in the same way you did before. You can fold out the workflow area and the parameters and tools area according to your preference by selecting the corresponding arrow icon. Let’s fold out the parameters and tools area to adjust acquisition parameters. Select the fold-out arrow to continue. Please select the fold-out arrow to continue. Select Patient Size to continue. 10:42 2022/10/10 Adjust Acquisition Parameters Check or Correct the Patient Size [Storyboard_MOBILETT_Impact_Step_7a_09.wav] The parameters and tools area is folded out. For an examination, you mainly check or correct Patient Size and Acquisition Type and adjust the kV and mAs values to your needs. Select Patient Size to unfold its drop-down list. The Acquisition Type indicates the detector or workstation to use for the acquisition. The available detectors depend on the detectors assigned to the system. Select the Acquisition Type field to unfold its drop-down list. Please select the Acquisition Type field to continue. The available detectors depend on the detectors assigned to the system. In our example, the Cassette mode and two free exposure modes for acquisitions with two different mobile detectors are selectable. The icons also symbolize the selected mobile detector, here the Max Wi-D and the Max mini detector. Select Free to keep and confirm this selection for the acquisition. Please select Free to continue. 10:43 2022/10/10 Adjust kV Value [Storyboard_MOBILETT_Impact_Step_7a_13.wav] Using the plus or minus icon, you can increase or decrease the tube voltage value to your needs. Let’s keep this value at 85 kV for our example. 10:43 2022/10/10 Adjust mAs Value [Storyboard_MOBILETT_Impact_Step_7a_14.wav] Again, when you use the plus or minus icon, you can also increase or decrease the mAs value, the product of tube current and exposure time to use for the acquisition. Let’s keep this value at 3.2 mAs for our example. 10:43 2022/10/10 Select the kV value to continue. To open this list, simply select the value directly. Please select the kV value to continue. The currently assigned OGP is displayed on the top of the workflow area and on top of the parameters and tools area. Select the active OGP to continue and change it. Please select the OGP to continue and change it. This layout shows the workflow area folded in. According to your preference, you can also fold out the workflow area and select a drop-down list item there. Select the fold-out arrow to expand the workflow area. Please select the fold-out arrow to continue. This is indicated by the changed Acquisition Type in the parameters and tools area – in our example from Cassette to Free – and by an additional notification on the screen.
