The presentation will focus on the growing evidence for the utility and value of the kappa free light chain index (kFLC index) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) for diagnosis and management of multiple sclerosis (MS). Recommendations on the use of the kFLC index in MS patients will also be provided.
