52 year old lady with no symptoms came to our institution because of a suspicious lesion. In the left breast detected in another center. We perform unilateral mammography of the left breast. Showing a subtle architectural distortion with tiny microcalcifications. On terminal, we confirmed the architectural distortion with some microcalcifications. And look at the Thermo spot compression, which is very impressive, showing an irregular spiculated mass with microcalcifications. What is the very typical image of invasive cancer? Here you can see the correlation with ultrasound and the correlation with MRI. MRI was performed after the biopsy and a hematoma is shown. Pathology was an invasive ductal cancer luminal asob type. 13 millimeters. So the conclusion of this case is that spot compression is an useful tool to assess a suspicious lesion.
