We performed a Dyson study because. An MRI study was impossible for this patient due to overweight and claustrophobia. And as you can see in this Tyson study we detected. More additional lesions. At least. Three additional lesions in this breast. So multi Focality was suspected. Second look, ultrasound was performed detecting detecting some additional lesions and a biopsy was performed. So the final result was multifocal invasive ductal cancer. Luminal a subtype. All of the lesions were smaller than 5 millimeters. So the conclusion of this case is that Tyson was better than DVD's to detect multifocal cancer.
