Welcome Navigation Help Select the icon above to open the table of contents. Click Next to continue. Next Welcome Slide The timeline displays the slide progression. Assessment Slide System Message Icons System Message Icons System messages are appearing. How should I react to them? During the exam, different kinds of messages may appear to inform you that something has happened and asking for feedback or action from you. These messages give really important information regarding your workflow and safety. In order of importance, the messages are categorized into: Error Warning Information Confirmation Success ? System Message Icons Frequently Encountered Messages Frequently Encountered Messages On the following pages, you gain detailed information about system messages you may frequently encounter while using the Autopilot workflows: AutoAlign Failure SAR Exceeded Warning Switch Mode Unsupported Scenario Table Movement Correct Patient on the Table Click Next to get started. ? Frequently Encountered Messages AutoAlign Failure If the AutoAlign fails during the Localizer step, the system will inform you via some messages. Click on the marker to the right to get details on the message. Warning: AutoAlign failed A warning icon will appear on the Localizer step. A pop-up will open. AutoAlign Failure SAR Exceeded Warning (1/2) If the SAR threshold is exceeded, the system will inform you via some messages from the workline. Please note: Carefully read the message in the pop-up. Depending on the reason why SAR is exceeded, some options for solutions will be suggested. You can choose the most suitable one to proceed with the rest of the examination. See next page for example. ? SAR Exceeded Warning 1/2 A warning icon will appear on the current step. A warning pop-up will open above it in the workline. Additionally, you will see a red color on the SAR information bar. SAR Exceeded Warning (2/2) ? SAR Exceeded Warning 2/2 Switch Mode You can switch between Autopilot and Expert View. While doing so, the following messages will appear: Switch to Expert View Switch to Autopilot View Select the colored callouts on the left to learn more about the Switch Mode messages. ? Switch Mode Switch to Autopilot View If anything has to be modified before proceeding, information for the correct behavior of the Autopilot is displayed. Switching without fulfilling these requirements will result in an unsupported scenario. Switch to Expert View The switch can be performed only by trained staff or with their support. You will be requested to proceed with the switch. Unsupported Scenario The unsupported Scenario message can appear in the information area when something does not conform to the Autopilot workflow. It is likely to appear after switching back from the Expert View, when the updated workflow contains unsupported features. Click on the marker to the right to get details on the message. Please note: Only after correcting the unsupported scenario, will the message disappear in the Autopilot View. Warning: Unsupported scenario has occurred The message contains information of the unsupported feature. The scenario has to be corrected into expert view. ? Unsupported Scenario Table Movement During examination, the table can move into another position with the patient on it. This can happen When the table is not close to the measurement position. - or - When the current examination step requires an automatic table movement. Select the colored callouts on the right to learn more about the Switch Mode messages. ? Table Movement Additionally, a warning message will open in the workline with the recommendation to prepare the patient for the table movement for safety reasons. A warning label will appear on the current step. A warning label will appear on the current step. Correct Patient (1/2) A warning message can appear asking you to check and confirm patient information and that the right patient is on the table. This happens When the patient table has been moved into the home position although no new patient has been registered. If a new patient has been registered although the patient table was not moved into the home position. ? Correct Patient (1/2) Correct Patient (2/2) In this case, select the right answer if the patient is the correct one or if you decide to continue scanning. Please note: If the patient table has been moved to the home position and also the patient has been moved (e.g., for a pause or support), it must be repositioned and the Localizer must be run again. ?
