Welcome Audio: There are several occasions in which you might need support during your workflow. This Online Training will show you different scenarios what you can do when you need support. Hints for Navigating this Online Training Before you start, we would like to give you a few tips on how to navigate: Table with 2 columns and 3 rows Not all pages contain audio. Navigation Hints Training Overview Call an expert for support by using the syngo Virtual Cockpit Switch to Expert View (for example, myExam Assist) Repeat the Localizer | Simulation (with audio) ? Imagine: The workflow has failed and you need support for your workflow. A pop-up message will be displayed. Read this message carefully and follow the instructions. Mainly, there are three steps to solve the failure: Training Overview Navigation Help Select the icon above to open the table of contents. Click Next to continue. Next Welcome Slide The timeline displays the slide progression. Slide the orange bar backwards to rewind the timeline. Click Next to continue. Next Timeline Select the buttons to learn more about a topic. Be sure to review all topics before navigating to the next slide. Click Next to continue. Next Tab Arrow Slide Select the X to close the pop-up. Click Next to continue. Next Layer Slide Select Submit to record your response. Click the X in the upper right corner to exit the navigation help. Assessment Slide Workflow Failure Workflow Failure Imagine: AutoAlign failed while the Localizer step was running. This can happen for a number of reasons, for example, wrong positioning, the patient has moved, or the patient has an anatomy significantly different from normality. Practice Practice If you need help for navigating through the simulation, click this button. To start the simulation, click Practice. ? Workflow failure during AutoAlign Audio: Imagine: AutoAlign failed, while the Localizer step was running. This can happen for a number of reasons, for example, wrong positioning, the patient has moved, or the patient has an anatomy, significantly different from normality. If you need help for navigating through the simulation, click this button. To start the simulation, click Practice. Repeat the Localizer Step Simulation If the workflow has failed, you will see a warning icon and a pop-up message in the respective step, in this example, the Localizer. It provides information how to proceed. Click on Localizer to open the Details area. Click Localizer icon Audio: If Auto Align failed, you will see a warning icon, and a pop-up message in the Localizer step. Please read the message carefully and follow the instructions, in this example, repeat the Localizer step. Click on Localizer, to open the Details area. Please click on Localizer to continue. The Details area opens. You can now add the failed Localizer step to be repeated. Click on Repeat Scan. Click Repeat Scan Audio: The Details area opens. You can now add the failed Localizer step to be repeated. Click on Repeat Scan. Please click on Repeat Scan to continue. The Localizer step is now added to the queue and can be repeated. In the event of another failure, you will need to run a manual Localizer by switching to a different myExam workflow. Please note: If the Localizer fails repeatedly, first check the correct positioning of the patient and the coil. If the failure repeats, you will need to run a manual Localizer by switching to Expert View. Localizer Step added Audio: The Localizer step is now added to the work line and can be repeated. Please note: If the Localizer fails repeatedly, first check the correct positioning of the patient and the coil. If the failure repeats, you will need to run a manual Localizer by switching to Expert View. Congratulations! You have successfully completed the simulation. You can Retry the simulation or if you need more support, click Training Overview. Retry Training Overview Congratulations Audio: Congratulations! You have successfully completed the simulation. Call Expert for Support Call an Expert for Support If you do not know how to proceed, you can call an expert for support. When you have the syngo Virtual Cockpit option, you can call the expert via the scanner by using the syngo Virtual Cockpit icon in the Access Bar. Please note: This feature is optional. If you do not have this option, please contact the support center. Select the numbered steps below to learn more about syngo Virtual Cockpit. 1 1 1 2 2 2 ? Call an expert for support No Audio The syngo Virtual Cockpit window opens. You can move and resize the window according to your personal needs. From here, you can contact the support and get notification from the support. You can also minimize the window when it is not needed by clicking on the minimize icon in the top right corner: The notifications will appear with a petrol dot on the syngo Virtual Cockpit icon: Step 2 2 Step 1 The Localizer step failed repeatedly. You don’t know what to do next and you need assistance. You can request support by using the syngo Virtual Cockpit. Click the icon in the toolbar to open the syngo Virtual Cockpit: 1 Switch to Expert View Switch to Expert View If your problem cannot be solved in the Autopilot work frame, you can switch to Expert View (e.g. myExam Assist workflow). Please note: This step can only be done by a trained person or under supervision of the trained person. Select the numbered steps below to learn more about how to switch to another workflow. 1 1 1 2 2 2 3 3 3 4 4 4 5 5 5 ? Switch to Expert View No Audio Step 5 You are now back in the Autopilot workflow and can continue with the examination. 5 Step 4 4 Before switching, please follow the message to ensure that the changes are supported by the Autopilot scenario. If everything is OK, click Proceed to switch back to the Autopilot View. Step 3 3 You are now in the Expert View mode. From here you can operate with the Assist workflow. After performing the necessary adjustments, click the Switch icon in the Access bar to get back to the Autopilot workflow: Read the message and requirements for the switch. If the requirements are not met, click on Cancel. - or - Click Proceed to continue with the switch. Step 2 2 Step 1 The Localizer step failed repeatedly. A manual positioning from the Assist workflow is neccessary.
