GSP | Center Line for 2D Scan Planning
This video shows you how to plan the center line for 2D scan.
Target group: All users.
Duration: 2 min | Audio included.
The graphical slice positioning G user interface is the central workplace. When you plan and conduct an exam, the position of the center slice is always shown with dashed yellow lines. When you modify the slice or slab group orientation in a 2D or 3D sequence, the slice slab direction of center line is displayed to facilitate precise positioning along anatomical structures such as the brain stem, spinal cord, septal wall and so on. To visualize the center line, interact with the box to modify the position or orientation, a dashed white line along the slice direction through the center of the slice group appears as soon as you stop. The interaction by releasing the mouse button, the center line disappears for clear visualization of the underlying anatomy. Please note no center line is displayed if the slice orientation is perpendicular to your planning image plane. For example, if you plan a sagittal slice stack on a sagittal image.
