Fundamentals of Biograph Trinion

The Fundamentals of the Biograph Trinion Class is to provide technologists an in-depth overview of the new Biograph Trinion PET/CT system. It is designed for the PET or CT technologist who is new to the Biograph Trinion system. Through the use of demonstrations, lecture, and hands-on applications with a SmartSimulator, technologists will learn how to successfully navigate the system, while acquiring and processing data.

Upon completion of this class the Technologist will be able to:

• Identify Biograph Trinion hardware components.
• Comfortably navigate the SHUI interface to register patients and manage data in the patient browser.
• Describe the configuration of PET and CT acquisition parameters.
• Identify the options for PET and CT reconstruction parameters
• Configure and perform PET and CT Quality Control procedures.
• Perform PET/CT acquisitions including Onco, Cardio and Neuro exams.
• Process and display data.
• Understand Administrative users and roles.
