Set the Aliquoter Module Off-line and Flush Carriers 2. Open the indicated module cover O 3. Open the printer and remove the tubes inside 3 DEL 4. Clean all rollers (indicated with 5 arrows in the image) with a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with 70% isopropyl alcohol solution 6. Extract the printhead: grasp the printhead, push it downwards and then outwards to remove it 7. Clean the printhead with a lint-free 6 cloth lightly moistened with 70% isopropyl alcohol solution 8. Restore the printhead to its original position 9. Close the printer 10. Close the module cover 11. Rinse with a cloth moistened with water and wait for the area to dry 5. Close the module cover 6. Open the waste drawer 7. Clean the end of the waste tube with 0.1% sodium hypochlorite solution 6 8. Rinse with a cloth moistened with water and wait for the area to dry 9. Close the waste drawer 10. Set the Aliquoter Module Off-line and Flush Carriers 2. Put the pipettor into cleaning position: A. Select Overview and select Aliquoter B. Select Diagnostics – Pipettor C. Select Approach in the pop-up, select Pipettor Cleaning and 4 confirm 3. Open the module cover 4. Pull up and carefully clean the pipettor tubing with 0.1% sodium hypochlorite solution 5. Rinse with a cloth moistened with water and wait for the area to dry 6. Close the module cover 7.
