FlexLab TM X Total Lab Automation SIEMENS Healthineers As Needed Maintenance on the Bulk Input Module Job Aid Empty the Discarded Tubes Container on the Bulk Input Module Refer to the FlexLab X Total Lab Automation Operators Manual when performing maintenance procedures. 1. Open the module front panel to access the Bulk Input Module discarded tubes container 2. Remove the discarded tubes container 3. Inspect the container and ensure that the capped tubes are closed and their labels are very adherent to the tube and without wrinkles 4. If the tubes inside the container are in a good state, try to reload them on the Bulk Input Module. If the tubes are discarded again, load the sample tubes to an Input Module 1 5. Once the discarded tubes container is empty, put it back in its position 6. Locate the backlight plane and clean it with a lint-free cloth moistened with 0.1% sodium hypochlorite solution 4. Close the module cover 5.
