Dual Volume Viewing - Control Room (VExx) job aid Angiography – ARTIS software VExx An additional job aid is available on PEPconnect to determine the software version of the system. Dual Volumes are used to display and manipulate Mask and Sub images separately. For example, this allows bones, clips, or coils to be shown in a different color from the vessels. To visualize im- ages as a Dual Volume, a DSA or DSA DCT spin is required. A DR or DCT spin cannot be used, as they only reconstruct a single volume. Prerequisite: All three types of reconstructions are required to be in the Local Database – Sub, Nat Fill, and Nat Mask. If all three are NOT in the Local Database, this will not work.
