SIEMENS Healthineers The DryCool magnet features a revolutionary conduction-based technology that enables it to maintain the operating temperature at the DryCool Technology optimal level with just a small amount of 0.7 l liquid helium. Sealed for life: Helium is intended to remain within the system under normal operating conditions for the entire lifespan of the equipment. The design includes a reservoir to store helium gas in unstable temperature events, eliminating the need for a quench pipe. Resilient system: Even in cases of an unstable event (caused by a blackout, for example), DryCool technology is coupled with intelligent automation that enables the system to react to the conditions and maximize clinical uptime. 4 Job Aid Effective Date: 02 Sep 2024 | QR700012313 Unrestricted I Published by Siemens Healthineers AG I © Siemens Healthineers, 2024 How does DryCool technology work?
