Distribute protocols

Let's discuss distributing protocols between scanners using team play protocols for CT Go. To the protocol explorer, select a protocol. And open the three. Dots menu at the end. Of the row. Select. Distribute in the pop up. Select the scanner and click Distribute. Only compatible scanners are shown here, Please note. The same compatibility rules apply as if you are exporting or importing from a USB stick. For instance, in the scanner list you get a notification that the protocol import is pending the scanner. Itself also shows a message that the import is pending. The person who initiated the changes can import the protocols remotely or the staff that the scanner can do it locally. To import the protocol, connect to the scanner again. On the scanner, open the exam designer and go to Scan Protocols. Click on Import and. Choose from. Team Play. The import will start and the progress will be shown. Return to team play. CT protocols. Select the scanner you imported the protocol to and switch to the Activity History tab to see the import status. To clear the Import Pending notification, use the Clear Status button.
