Case six. It was a 71 year old lady with no symptoms within mammography. Unconventional mammography. Several calcified fibradenomas were detected on the left breast. Tomosynthesis an irregular mass was detected adjacent to the calcified fibroadenomas. Regular speculated mass suspicious for malignancy after the administration of contrast. The correlation is very good with tomosynthesis because there is an uptake of contrast in the irregular mass and not in the fibroadenomas and the correlation between thermosynthesis and contrast. It's easier to measure lesion on contrast enhanced mammography than in Thermo in this case because of the artifact of the calcified fibroadenoma and the surrounding tissue. Finally, the result was an invasive doctoral cancer count measuring only 4mm and the correlation with MRI was perfect because only the carcinoma was detected on MRI and not the fibro adenomas.
